Smart-Screen Tenant Guarantee

We stand behind our tenant screening process with our Smart-Screen Tenant Guarantee! If we place a tenant in your property that results in an eviction or property abandonment without notice (for any reason excluding the property owner's fault), we will replace the tenant for free with an active RentHub services agreement.

12-17 month lease = 1 year of coverage
18-35 month lease = 18 months of coverage
36+ month lease = 2 years of coverage

RentHub guarantees that we will lease your property within 21 days of publishing the listing. When you provide a rental-ready home, we guarantee a carefully-screened tenant placement within 21 days, or you receive one month of RentHub's expert property management services for free!

Guarantee applies to properties that follow RentHub's leasing recommendations for your property, including pets, pricing, and conditions.

Pay for Performance Guarantee

We don't get paid until we produce results! RentHub provides our expert leasing services upfront. We require no fees until we place a qualified tenant into your property.

RentHub aggressively markets your property, screens potential tenants, coordinates all Make-Ready bids, property repairs, handles all application and leasing paperwork, and performs the Move-In inspection—before collecting a fee from our property owners. For our property-managed clients, we offer no transfer fees. We collect our fees only after your tenant pays the rent. Our Paid Upon Performance Guarantee gives you peace of mind knowing that the RentHub team is working hard for you and that we stand behind our results!

Eviction Guarantee

RentHub will cover up to $1,000 of your court costs if eviction becomes necessary for a tenant we placed in your property.

Note: the property owner must participate in the Security Deposit Insurance Program. If the owner opts out of the SD Insurance Program, the above Guarantee is void, and the owner will be required to pay $399 eviction admin fee + court costs.

"Love Us or Leave Us" Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with our performance, property owners have the right to terminate your services agreement with RentHub.

Marketing Guarantee

Pictures say a thousand words, and we want them to reflect your property in the best way possible. RentHub will cover the cost of a 3D virtual tour of your home! A 3D virtual tour provides your rental with high-quality HDR photos, a detailed floor plan, and an interactive 3D Tour!

More than 80% of today's house-hunters use the internet to search for properties, and these prospective renters rank photography as the most important tool in searching for a home online. Great photography can draw a renter in. Bad photography can turn them away.

RentHub's passion is making sure your rental spaces look as beautiful in print as they do in real life! The benefits of InsideMaps real estate photography are numerous. You can generate more interest from prospective renters and often command higher prices than the same property would with a point-and-click camera counterpart. We want to promote your property in the best way possible to put your property in the best position to generate plenty of interest and attract your best quality tenants.

Pet Screening Guarantee

We screen pets as seriously as we screen human tenants! If we recommend allowing pets in your property, we apply a pet policy that includes a thorough look into the background of the pet and its owner. After each pet screening, RentHub provides a Pet Profile that includes the name, breed, weight, sex, age, pictures, vaccination information, micro-chip data, and behavioral information to assist you in your decision. If a tenant requires special accommodation, we will also verify Service Animals.

Pet Damage Guarantee

Rent Hub found that two-thirds of tenants have some sort of pet in their homes. We don’t want you to miss out on good tenants and missed rental income from a vacant property. We want your home to be rented fast and with some assurance that having a pet won’t break the bank. That’s why Rent Hub created our Pet Damage Guarantee which will cover up to $1000 in damage caused by the pet(s) in the property.

Rental Payment Timing Guarantee

When your tenant pays their lease rental payment in full by the 1st of the month in which it is due, the RentHub accounting team will process those funds by the 10th business day of the same month. If there is a delay in processing the payment, you will receive a credit equal to that month's management fee. We define processing as approving the transfer from our bank. Your bank may not make the funds available by the 10th business day of the month, but funds are typically available the following day.

Easy Switch Guarantee

Leaving a previous property management company? Welcome to RentHub! We'll handle everything required when switching to our company from another property management firm.

Security Deposit Disposition Guarantee

Within 30 days of a tenant's move out, RentHub inspects and assesses damages to the property, then applies them to the security deposit accordingly.

Property Assessment Guarantee

RentHub will cover the cost of all tenant Move-In and Move-Out property assessments. We'll also publish the report to your Owner Portal for your reference.

Note one exclusion: we cannot perform a Move-In Assessment or Report for an inherited resident.

Portfolio Statement Guarantee
